ORIGINS

I'm Anna. I started URBANSEA to bridge the gap between climate data and real-world action. Throughout my career in academia, the public sector and consulting, I've seen firsthand how many organizations — especially those without access to large consulting firms — needed practical, usable tools to navigate climate risks and advance adaptation. I founded this practice to deliver strategic, equity-centered support that helps clients move from understanding challenges to implementing meaningful, lasting solutions.

I provide consulting services that bridge data, design, and strategy for climate adaptation. Offerings include climate risk assessments, feasibility studies for adaptation projects, development and consulting for climate products and dashboards, and holistic urban mapping and data analysis. Every project is approached with a focus on usability, actionable outcomes, and equity — ensuring that insights are accessible and lead to real-world impact.

SERVICES

I partner with a range of clients advancing climate resilience and adaptation — including small businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven startups. I work with partners that may not have the resources to engage large consulting firms, and value a collaborator who meets them where they are. I provide strategic support in scoping and developing products, tools, and data-driven strategies that enhance on-the-ground decision-making. My clients trust me to bridge the technical and human dimensions of climate action, turning ideas into practical, lasting impact.

CLIENTS

My work is rooted in translating complex climate and urban data into clear, actionable solutions that drive real change. I prioritize equity at every stage — ensuring that marginalized and under-resourced communities are centered in climate adaptation efforts. I collaborate closely with clients to not only understand their technical needs but to co-create strategies that are realistic, feasible, and designed for implementation. The tools and frameworks I deliver are always tailored to empower users, ensuring that technical analysis supports decision-making, rather than complicates it.
